Hi there, just stumbled across your blog online and it resonates so closely with me in so many ways. My name is Kaunain – I also just recently had a baby girl (she’s 12 weeks now!) funnily enough, I met my husband while he was in the UK and I also ended up moving abroad (to South Africa) to live with him. Oh and I just started doing the kyla itsines workout today. So lots of things in common!
